the location was perfect to explore the cathedral quarter. included parking was a definite bonus. the receptionist, wendy, was very cute and helpful.
the website should be clearer about the limited facilities available. i had not realised there was no bar or meaningful lounge area available. steep steps lead to reception. two flights of steep stairs led to my room.

i found parking easy with the gated access. the location were perfect for walks to the cathedral. the room had a fridge, a nice surprise. i enjoyed the secure feeling from the keypad entry to both the car park and building.
my room were small and the windows were high, this did affect the outlook a bit.

the hotel were a short walk from the cathedral. the gated access provided security. i were able to park easily, a big plus. everything is very close by.

breakfast included a warm croissant with butter and jam, also yogurt delivered to the room at my preferred time. a nearby cafe provided more options for breakfast. the croissants were fresh.

the room had tea and coffee facilities. a mini fridge contained fresh milk, orange juice and drinking water. i also found a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. fluffy towels were in the bathroom.

staff greeted me warmly on arrival. i received excellent service throughout my stay. i had complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels in the bathroom. the team are efficient.

i found parking easy with the provided free space. a box of cleaning equipment was even available for bird droppings from the trees above. the room had fresh juice, water, and milk in the fridge, which i appreciated. the delivered breakfast included warm croissants and yogurt.
my room had a very small window which looked onto a roof and provided little natural light.
